Apologies for the mess in the last two pictures, but I had to include them for Wilf's sweet smile. I find it hard to photograph him smiling as usually as soon as I pick up the camera he stops and looks at in confusion.
I'm not generally one for gender stereotypes but for some reason a lot of Wilf's nicest clothes are blue. I've started putting him in a bib purely for the fact that teething has made him into a big dribbler, he is taking it in his stride the poor baby.
Last night I read him 'The Quangle Wangles Hat' by Edward Lear and he was giggling away, the BEST sound ever, hopefully we will buy a video camera sometime soon so I can share it.
I used to love reading Dr Seuss, Edward Lear, A.A Milne and Lewis Carroll to my little brother (who is 15 years younger than me). I used to return from university and put him to bed reading him three poems snuggled up in bed together. Now this is me and Wilf, enjoying them together. Sure Wilf just enjoys the faces and the tones I make when reading them at the moment but one day we will be able to read them together. Making memories.
