52/52

'a portrait of my child, once a week, every week in 2013'

Christmas day - your uncle Keir and Aunty Joc (who happen to be your 'god-parents' also) bought you this kilt. I think you really suit it! Your jumper was mine but I have a terrible habit of putting wool in the washing machine at the wrong temperature (whoops!). You had the most fantastic day, the first time you understood the concept and your face when you ran into our room with your stocking you had found was amazing, best moment ever.

(velvet jacket ℅ M&S who have a 50% sale on too)

Wow, a full year of weekly photos. I'm so glad I stuck with it, it really wasn't as hard as I first thought it might be (certainly not trying the 365 project again, ever!). I'm really looking forward to printing them all out in a snapfish* book like we did earlier in the year and perhaps given them to our parents also. I know my dad in particular has told me how much he enjoys popping over every week to see his new weekly snap.

One of the many reasons I love blogging is looking back on where you were at the same point last year. It's amazing to me how much Wilf has changed in a year! These were our Christmas photos last year (I just love the one of him dressed as a snowman)

Gorgeous pic. Well done you for completing your Project 52 goal! I still need to catch up with my 365 project! :D I did laugh at the jumper shrinkage, hope you don't mind! :D

A wonderful project too look back on. (I shrink all jumpers too, & am liking your idea for recycling!)

Very cute. The Snapfish books turn out terrific. I made one for my little babe's first birthday party and it was a big hit with the relatives. And she enjoys looking at it too!

Lovely! Wilf rocks that kilt! I've dipped in and out of the 52 project - I've enjoyed taking the photos a LOT but found the community side of the linky lacking a little (if I'm brutally honest), so I think I'm going to do the Siblings project over D.B.Boy this year and see how I get on with that :)

totally know what you mean!I don't think there really is a community element to it at all which is a shame… I'm doing the couples linky katie at Mummy Daddy Me and also the living arrows which I think will be a nicer 52 project and maybe inspire me to think of the picture I want to take a little more xx

haha Wilf is weirdly really into dressing up! x

I am going to a do a 52 project but a little different. It will be with a linky called living arrows and each week we will take a pic that represents our children so it could be a pic of them or it could be interpreted a different way which I think will make for a more interesting project xx

such a cute photo! I have enjoyed your photos throughout the 52 project. You have done brilliantly! I have just received a new camera and I may try something similar on my blog http://www.thediaryofajewellerylover.co.uk/2013/12/a-seaside-town-in-winter.html

Well done on completing your 52 project. I failed at the 365 last year but I've stuck at it this year and I'm so happy the end is in sight!
