We spent our weekend in Bridport in Dorset which is Tom's hometown. We often say how lucky we are that Tom grew up somewhere so picturesque for us to visit, it has that lovely village-y feel to it whilst having lovely cafes, vintage shopping AND the seaside just down the road. Kind of perfect really, I've grown up in a variety of cities, towns and villages and I have to say I am a city person for sure but it's great to escape to the countryside once in a while.
Very image heavy post so click before to read on! (it will be worth it promise!)
^^ see told you it was worth it, that little boy of mine..p.s thank you to Lindt for the bunny and all the chocolately goodies sent over! It served us for three separate Easter egg hunts and we still had more to share!^^
I picked up a couple of things from the market stalls and vintage quarter which I'll get round to sharing with you soon I hope. I've got a post in my drafts from over two months ago starting to record my charity shop finds but I never get round to publishing it. When I do it will seem like the greatest haul ever!
The only time I ever wish I drove is when we find bargains we just cannot take home with us. We saw at least three dressers (for only £45!) that I could have happily claimed, then again we would need a whole new room of our house to keep them in. I'm learning to try and appreciate beautiful things without wanting to own them…kind of..
The dress is from my shop and is on sale for £14.99
