Wedding pictures from my Fujifilm Instax mini 8

It seems like aaaaages ago now that we got married even though it was only 3 months ago (the same amount of time we were engaged for funny enough!). I still have wedding pictures to share with you guys but whilst they are not quite ready yet I thought I'd share some of the silly instax pictures we took at the reception.

The lovely folks at Argos were kind enough to send me a Instax mini 8 as a wedding gift and I'm so glad we had it as it made for some really great memories. It was fun to be able to let our guests go off with the camera and the film and let them stick them in our wedding book along with a message.

Here are some of the pics that were taken on the night, you might spot some of your favourite bloggers in the collection below!

I love that last photo of me and my siblings and my little niece. Whilst I love my DSLR there is something magical about taking an instant picture. I haven't printed out a single digital picture in over two years (which I feel awful about!) so it's a reminder to get that sorted too. I've recently bought a bunch more film and am looking forward to taking some more pictures with my instax out and about on our adventures!

Do you have an instant camera?

I really wish these little cameras had been around when I got married as it's such a lovely idea. I know what you mean about printing out digital photos. I MUST get more of Bea up, anyone visiting would think we only had 2 kids :-/

I love my polaroid - I still use the same one I got when I was at uni (when dinosaurs roamed the earth!)

Sooo lovely! We have our guest album of our wedding full of instax pictures and I love to flip the pages from time to time. Where are you storing yours? I love the dotted film paper! We have just started a monthly Instax challenge on the blog so we again use our Instax, because since our wedding we have only shot 1 film pack (we're awful, I know!)

How lovely are all these photos - I don't think there is anything better than actually printed pics and instax is great. I have a few Polaroid cameras lying around but ran out of film ages ago - need to get one of these though
