Last weekend I was invited to a pamper day with Jaeger who are sponsoring Bath in Fashion. I've not had much involvement with the brand before but love their classic cuts and subtle shades so was excited to see their latest collection.
Myself and some lovely local bloggers were invited to first pop in to Number 3 hairdressing for a blow dry and we soon set about nattering and making new friends. The salon is really lovely with some beautiful interiors, I'd recommend anyone local to Bath to check them out.
Once we had suitably bouncy hair we headed off to lunch at Hall and Woodhouse which is beautifully designed restaurant in central Bath. I love the vintage design mixed with copper and metal elements.
After lunch and a cheeky glass of wine or two we took to Jolly's to visit the Jaeger department. We were all challenged to find outfits that fitted the current trends, I'm always drawn to more retro pieces so easily spotted lots of seventies vibe items.
Jaeger is sponsoring an event in Bath called 'Conversations of Style' as part of Bath in Fashion 2015, you find some more information on the event here.
One of my favourite pieces was this jacket below and all these beautiful pink pastels.
A few shots below of some of the lovely ladies who were there on the day, I love meeting new lovely blogger pals!
We were lucky enough to be allowed to pick an item from the store and I went for the double breasted trench coat. Although I also love the look of this trench in yellow (you know how much I love yellow right?). It's actually a bit out of my comfort zone as I tend to go for bold bright colour blocking colours so a more subtle item isn't something I'd usually pick. However I am surprised by just how much I love it and how much it fits with my wardrobe, suiting pastels and pinks perfectly! I also feel quite grown up wearing it about the city, as if I'm off on a very important job ;)
