So I am officially very bumpy right about now! I have a little less than 8 weeks until my due date and five until I'm 'full term'. Wilf was born at 39 weeks so I'm conscious that I want to sort of be 'ready' and prepared for another early-ish arrival, although of course since I've said that she's bound to be late!
Whilst I'd say 75% of my maternity wardrobe has compromised of 'normal clothes' but in larger sizes or cuts that fits the bump I've now reached the stage where it's more practical to be in clothes actually designed for pregnant women. Oh and maternity leggings, you've got to love maternity leggings!
This dress was sent to me from the new maternity range at Frugi. We've been fans of theirs for a while when it comes to clothes for Wilf but I'm loving that they have now branched out to maternity and nursing wear now too. I've never actually owned nursing wear before but I really love that I'll now have a dress that doesn't have to rely on a cross over neckline to be able to feed. I actually started to feel a bit sad the other day about all the dresses in my wardrobe that will be out of bounds to me for the next 'however long'. I know that probably sounds ridiculous, I am pregnant and hormonal after all ;)
The fit is so comfy and flattering and it'll be a great one to be in whilst I'm in those in-between sizes post birth.
I keep looking at the top photo and thinking 'oh my gosh I've got another two months of this baby growing! How can that be possible?!'
In case you are wondering my shoes can also been found in this post. Wilf's jumper is from the Donna Wilson range at John Lewis here, his trousers are from here and his trainers are past season from M&S.
