My third and final post for the BHS Allusions range. This time I teamed up this turquoise scarf necklace with a simple maxi dress and Hunters for a day at the beach
As you may well know turquoise is my favourite colour so this necklace was certainly my top pick from the range. I can totally imaging styling it in lots of different ways and think it could easily transfer from a day to a night look. The flower pendants in the centre were really striking and compliment the rest of the necklace really well, as you can see I got a little sun burnt that day! Whoops!
You can see how I styled my other two looks here and here. I hope you've enjoyed this little series!

Your outfit is perfect for the beach and I'm so glad you are wearing your Wellies, i like to wear my Wellies on the beach too, I just hate getting sand between my toes.

I really like the Scarf necklace, very unusual & the colour suits you so well!
You took the Photos in Clevedon didn't you? We live nearby and Clevedon is one of my Favourite places :)
Did you do the Poets Walk?
I love your outfit, you look lovely. Beautiful photos.
Easygoing and elegant for a day at the beach. Again, turquoise! :)
Love that necklace - it matches perfectly with beautiful Clevedon pier!
love love love turquoise - perfect :)
turquoise and grey is a fantastic colour combo :)
Love the picture of the town with the sea wall. I want to visit an English seaside town!
I agree there (re: dry hair shampoo) it basically just still makes me feel a bit crap. Although I hate having to wash my hair so often! I've only recently started to feel fully confident with my look and style and I think a lot of that was to do with being a mum, I didn't know how I was supposed to look anymore and frankly didn't fit into my old clothes as well. Now I just buy a size up and celebrate it! ;) x
thanks! charity shop! x
totally agree! x
I have to say I don't know how I'd manage it if I had to watch W on my work from home days too. He goes to nursery when I'm working from home which really helps (me). I love a breton stripe top! Thanks so much for your lovely compliments too! xx
thank you! yes mine too! x
ha yes I'm sure I'd feel the same! x
aww it's a hard transition working out your identity after having a baby isn't it. 15m is still such early days, I went back to work (from home) at 18m as it only really felt right then x
ha yep! I've totally been in my PJ's when the postman knocks, hate it! x
very true, I wonder the same if I didn't have the nursery run! x
i hope to eventually be able to work from home, it would be such a blessing, and it's nice to see that you're grateful for that. :)
Love your trousers, goes together perfect with the scarf :)
