As a family of introverts, I wasn’t sure how we would feel about an immersive experience. However, I feel like the actors are really aware of the members of the audience who would be keen to be involved. If in doubt it’s always the dads who are going to have to step up haha. We also all really enjoyed the parts we took part in (like becoming trainee Roman legionaries!). Hopefully, you won’t be picked to demonstrate wiping your bum with a poo stick, however!

You will also get to see real Roman archeology and try out some Roman activities such as mosaic making and trying on costumes when the experience has finished.
