Over the weekend Tom and I were able to sneak out for a little early morning coffee date at Soulshine Bridport. As you may have gathered by now I LOVE coffee, honestly it’s a serious addiction but I’m thinking it’s pretty much my only vice nowadays and often a reason to get out the house sooo..you know.

Now Wilf is older he is more than happy to spend a morning with his granny and so the last couple of times we have visited we have been lucky enough to be able to spend a few hours together as a couple. We always make sure we visit the Saturday market in Bridport, the vintage quarter and then coffee and a pastry before heading back.

Tom’s mum told us about a new cafe in town called Over the weekend Tom and I were able to sneak out for a little early morning coffee date at Soulshine Bridport. so we made a point to head there and see what it was like. Tom laughed that it was totally ‘my kind of place’ with all the hipster magazines you can think of for sale and freshly squeezed orange juice drank out of mason jars ;). I joke but it really is a lovely space, there was even the cutest cubby hole under the stairs filled with vintage fisher price toys and Marimekko cushions for the kiddos.

My dress is from my own shop and cardigan from Fever London*.

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, seconded only my lunch. You would think that brunch would be the best of both words but really I don’t like to mess with the order of the three big meals of the day. Usually by the evening I am already pretty tired so a think breakfast dates may be the way forward!
