My husband and I both work from home and are able to take turns home-schooling our children. It’s important to note that unlike school learning doesn’t need to take place in certain time frames. This means you may be able to work during the day if, for example, your child goes to a forest school or home ed drop-off.
You may also find other local home educating families and look into co-op homeschooling. We spend one day of our week at a home ed co-op where the children are able to work on science projects together.

There is a wide range of homeschooling styles to choose from, and families should consider which style aligns best with their educational philosophy and their child’s learning style.
