A quick note, although you can take a bus directly from the airport to the site, they don’t run that frequently so we chose to grab a taxi that was waiting at the airport. Eurocamp then arranged our transfer back when we checked in which was really helpful. The Eurocamp check-in and assistance from staff during our time there was faultless. We found the staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly.

As a car free family we appreciated how there was no barrier to enjoying the island without a vehicle. However if you choose to travel to this location by car, then some families definitely do that. Using the car for a large food shop for example during their visit. You certainly wouldn’t need to use a car for any other reason as the island is so cycle accessible.

A significant upgrade from standard camping equipment! Air conditioning units cool rooms during summer afternoons, we visited in mid July and it was pretty hot so we appreciated how well the air con worked!

Master bedrooms include dedicated wardrobes and blackout blinds, while twin rooms accommodated our children very comfortably.
