Let’s start off this review with an admittance that I am not the cleanest and tidiest person. When BISSELL approached us to try their BISSELL CrossWave Cordless machine it immediately sparked my interest because anything that helps make these processes quicker and easier is going to be a win for me.
The BISSELL CrossWave is a multi-surface cleaner that is designed to work on a variety of surfaces including hard floors and soft floors. Essentially it is a device that lets you vacuum, wash, and dry simultaneously. Anything that halves the time of cleaning sounded amazing and I was keen to try out if it lived up to its claims.

BISSELL CrossWave Review
We recently stripped our living room of the old tattered carpet that had been down before we moved in (and discovered these beautifully weathered black ones). Whilst we love having a hard floor in our downstairs area with a cat and two kids there is always some kind of fluff or dust or cat hair gathering in the corners by the end of the day. We also have this rug that has really tested the number of spills and dirt that land on it. I love that the BISSELL CrossWave was able to handle the hard floor and quickly switches to the rug area with a flick of a button.

There are two cleaning tanks on the BISSELL CrossWave, one is used for the clean water and solution (you fill the water up with hot water to a certain line and then the solution to a second line). The other tank is where the dirty water and whatever debris have been sucked up are stored before you cleanout. Be prepared to be grossed out by the below picture, this is what came out of our dining room, front room, and rug area! Although not the prettiest picture I found it strangely satisfying to see. If that’s not a reason to clean more I don’t know what is, ugh!
How much dirt did we find?

Another plus for me was the fact it is cordless and could be transported easily from room to room and then upstairs to our bathroom. The BISSELL CrossWave provides up to 25 minutes of cleaning and comes with a charger port that looks neat and compact and doesn’t add any additional space to how you would store a vacuum or mop anyway.

Another plus point I found was how easy it was to use, the Bissell Cross Wave Pet Pro is able to swivel so that’s it really easy on the wrists and can get to different angles. The buttons to switch to different surfaces are easily accessible at the top of the handle and the button to release the liquid as you wash is located under the handle so you can reach all at the same time.

Overall we have been super impressed with the BISSELL CrossWave. I feel like it will cut out a lot of time between hoovering and washing and I love that it’s able to clean rugs too. If there was a tiny con I’d say it was just that it cant get quite into those corners of the room but that’s really a tiny thing compared with how great it works with the surfaces overall. The suction power was also a big surprise as I feel like it works really well as a vacuum in itself as well as having the extra wash function.
We are super impressed, guess this means more cleaning around here! You can find the BISSELL CrossWave Cordless here.
This review was a collaboration with BISSELL but all word and pictures are my own.
